This rug is named after Annelore, Gilles’ wife, who works at JOV as our Creative Director and also supports the sales team. She has been working alongside Gilles for several years, and as JOV celebrates its 25th anniversary, this felt like the right moment to give her a place within the collection.
The nickname Gilles and Annelore use for each other is BOLLIE, a name that felt especially fitting for this design.
The rug is made in our bestselling Chloe quality, a blend of New Zealand wool and Tencel Lyocell that gives the surface a subtle shine. With a pile height of 45 mm, the design takes on a softer, slightly blurred expression. Combined with delicate gradients, the large dot pattern shifts gently from sharp to diffused, creating a playful yet refined visual effect.
